 MY FITNESS AND EATING HABITS


In the fast-paced world of today, where convenience and accessibility reign supreme, it's easy to fall into the trap of unhealthy eating habits. Nowadays, the eating habits of people are changing, causing them many health problems. Now, I will tell you about my fitness and eating habits.





My favorite sport is go running. In the morning, after waking up, I usually spend about 30 minutes running around the park near my house. I practice it three times a week. Running has a wide range of health benefits and helps me improve my cardiovascular health, boost my immune system, and burn calories effectively.



About eating habits, I think it plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being. The food we consume provides our bodies with the essential nutrients they need to function properly. I usually eat banh mi, pho, and bun bo. I also avoid eating fast food, soft drinks, sugar,… I think fast food is delicious but it is harmful.


In conclusion, although my unhealthy habits still persist, I try my best to do good things to have a better health. I know that I need to make more changes in order to be truly healthy, but I am taking it one step at a time. I am confident that I can eventually overcome my unhealthy habits and live a healthier life.
